Study Components:

Weight management registry
-
This involves a baseline questionnaire and follow-up questionnaires at 6 months and then annually at 1, 2 and 3 years

These questionnaires help us understand how nutrition and lifestyle influence the health of participants and how they reach their goals in the weight management program

Updates from the Toronto SickKids Hospital-CANPWR Team:
- We are now in Year 2 of recruitment and the study is going great!
- Over 60 patients are enrolled in CANPWR at SickKids!

Dr. Jill Hamilton
Endocrinologist

Dr Jill Hamilton is an endocrinologist at the Hospital for Sick Children, in Toronto. She leads the SickKids CANPWR research team. She is the Medical Director of the SickKids Team Obesity Management Program (STOMP), and the Director for the Centre for Health Active Kids, at the Hospital for Sick Children.
